Sea Breeze Santorini Beach Resort gave us a wonderfully peaceful Santorini escape: a room with its own heated pool and built-in bubble jets, a quiet black-sand beach, and thoughtful touches that made the stay feel special. Here is our first-hand review of the room, breakfast, beach, pools and service.
We chose Sea Breeze Santorini Beach Resort for a slower, more private side of Santorini. Instead of the busy caldera viewpoints, our days here were about enjoying the beachfront setting, relaxing by the pools and taking time to unwind together.

From the moment we settled in, the resort felt calm and easy to enjoy. Having private parking was particularly convenient, especially if you are exploring Santorini by car.
One of our favourite details was our room with a private heated swimming pool. The pool also had a built-in Jacuzzi-style bubble system, so we could enjoy soothing bubbles without leaving the privacy of our own space. It was a wonderful feature for unwinding after a day around the island.
Our private pool experience
The heated water and bubble function made spending time in our own pool feel particularly relaxing. We loved having the option to enjoy a quiet swim or simply sit back in the bubbles whenever we wanted.
Evening turndown service
Every evening, the team prepared the room for the night: they turned down the bed, closed the shutters and left a little sweet treat. That simple gesture made the evenings feel extra welcoming.
Beyond our own pool, Sea Breeze has several shared swimming pool areas, so there are different spaces in which to relax. We especially enjoyed the poolside bar, where the cocktails were excellent and added to the laid-back resort atmosphere.
Breakfast was served à la carte: instead of walking around a buffet, we selected the dishes we wanted from a menu and everything was brought straight to our table. It made mornings feel relaxed and personal.
The resort’s private black-sand beach was another highlight. During our stay it was generally quiet and often nearly empty, making it easy to enjoy the sea in peace. There was also service on the beach, including food and drinks, so we could spend hours there without leaving our sunbeds.
Private on-site parking was a practical bonus for us. The combination of a tranquil beachfront setting, pools and easy parking made it a comfortable base for a slower Santorini stay. We particularly appreciated not needing to leave the resort for a relaxed beach day.
Sea Breeze showed us a calmer side of Santorini, away from the busiest sightseeing stops. Our favourite moments were the simple ones: time in the private heated pool, enjoying cocktails near the shared pools and relaxing on the black-sand beach with food and drinks delivered to us.
